https://heyaskr.ai/wallet is the account page: your balance, what you have spent it on, how to add more, and your API keys.

Credits on the account

Available

Balance minus anything reserved by a request still running. This is what you can spend right now.

Usage value

What the balance is worth as model usage, in dollars. Deliberately not a cash value: credits cannot be withdrawn.

Activity

The last 50 entries on your ledger: deposits, every chat turn, every picture, every clip, with the model, the credits and the time. API calls appear here too, with the key that made them. There is no usage endpoint on the API; askr.credits_charged on each response is the per-call figure.

Add credits

Pick an asset and an amount, send the exact quote to the address shown. Add credits.

Send credits

You can send credits to any other @ on askr. In the workspace open Settings, then Balance & deposits (https://heyaskr.ai/chat/settings/balance), and press Send credits beside Top up. Type their @ and the dialog shows their picture and @ before you confirm. Enter a whole number of credits and, if you like, a note. The credits are on their balance the moment the send goes through, you get a receipt with a ref, they get an email if their account has one, and both of you see the send in the Sends card under the balance.

What can be sent

Your balance: credits you bought with crypto, credits askr gave you, and credits another @ sent you. Whole credits only.

What stays put

Promo credits from an airdrop, and the holder discount. Neither is part of the balance, so neither moves; promo keeps its own expiry and the discount follows your linked wallet. Credits bought by card are on the balance but never move either, and Sendable now leaves them out. Pay by card.

Who can receive

Any active account with an @. An email or wallet account that has not picked an @ yet cannot receive until it does. Referrals says how to pick one.

Minimum

100 credits a send.

No limit

There is no cap on how much an account can send or receive, and none on how often. What you can send is what Sendable now shows.

Fresh deposits

Credits from a deposit made in the last 24 hours cannot be sent yet. Sendable now in the dialog is your balance minus those, minus anything a running request has reserved.

The code step

One send above 5,000 credits asks for a six-digit code, emailed to the account's address, good for ten minutes. An account with no email has no code step; its sends go through without one.

Final

Sends are final. There is no undo, and the recipient cannot decline. Sent to the wrong @, or a send you did not make? Email support with the ref on the receipt: askr can reverse a mistaken or fraudulent send on request, and the reversal shows on both sides.

Still credits

Sending changes whose balance the credits sit on and nothing else. On either side they buy model usage only and cannot be redeemed for money or crypto. Refunds and withdrawals.

A send the dialog refuses says why in plain words, with a code from W901 to W913, or W302. They are listed on Error codes.

API keys

Make, cap and revoke keys. A key is shown once. Authentication and keys.

Signing out

Sign out ends this browser's session. Sign out everywhere ends every session on the account, which is the thing to press if a device is lost.
