Add credits

You add credit by sending cryptocurrency to an address issued for that one deposit, or by card through Stripe (Pay by card, below). One dollar is 1,000 credits either way. The list of assets below is read from the crypto payment processor as it is right now.

1. Open the wallethttps://heyaskr.ai/wallet, then Add credits.
2. Choose an asset and an amountPick from the list below and enter the dollar amount. The quote shows exactly how much of the asset to send.
3. Send the exact amount to the address shownThe address is for this deposit only and is good for the countdown shown next to it. Send the quoted amount on the named network, on top of whatever your wallet charges to send it.
4. Wait for confirmationOnce the processor marks the payment complete, credits appear on your balance and a line appears in your activity. Times vary by network: seconds for fast chains, longer for Bitcoin on-chain.

Rules worth knowing before you send

• Minimum $5 and maximum $10,000 per deposit.
• Send the exact amount quoted, in one transaction. A short payment is credited pro rata for what arrived; an overpayment is credited for all of it, up to four times the quote.
• The rate is fixed when the deposit is created, not when it confirms.
• Crypto transfers are irreversible. Funds sent as the wrong asset, on the wrong network, or to an old address are usually unrecoverable.
• Network fees are yours. They are not credited.
• You are credited for the full amount you paid, at 1,000 credits per dollar. The processor takes about 1% and askr absorbs it today; askr adds no fee of its own.

Pay by card

Card payments go through Stripe, and each purchase is sold through Link, Stripe's checkout and customer brand, as the merchant of record: Link sells it on askr's behalf and takes the payment, and askr supplies the credits. In the workspace open Settings, then Balance & deposits (https://heyaskr.ai/chat/settings/balance), where Pay by card sits beside the crypto deposit, or pick the Card tab in Top up. Pick an amount, tick the box, press pay, and pay on Stripe's checkout page. Then you come back to askr and the credits land as soon as Stripe confirms the payment. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach askr.

Amount

From $5 to $500 a payment. Pick $5, $10, $25, $50 or $100, or type your own amount, to the cent.

Rate

1,000 credits a dollar, the same as crypto: $25 is 25,000 credits. askr adds no fee and carries Stripe's. Prices include any tax: the price you pick is what you pay.

Before you pay

In askr's checkout step you tick a box to say you want the credits added straight away and understand you cannot cancel once they are on your balance; pay stays off until you do. Stripe's payment page then asks you to accept the terms. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment.

Receipt and statement

Your receipt comes from Link, and the charge shows on your card statement as LINK.COM* HEYASKR.AI. askr also emails you a confirmation of the credits and what you agreed to.

When it lands

As soon as Stripe confirms the payment, usually within seconds. A checkout left unpaid lapses after 30 minutes and nothing is charged.

No cancelling once it lands

Card credit is supplied at once, and by ticking the box you ask for that. Once the credits are on your balance, askr does not refund the purchase. Link, as the seller, decides refunds of the payment under its own terms and applies a cooling-off period where the law requires one.

Card credits cannot be sent

They stay on the account that bought them. The balance shows how much of it came from card payments, and Sendable now in the send dialog leaves it out. A send that would need card credits is refused with W912.

Spend order

Card credits are bought credits, so the holder discount applies to them. A run spends airdropped and given credits first, then card credits, then credits bought with crypto, so the credits you can send last longest.

Spent credit

Not refundable. It paid for model work askr has already paid the provider for.

A failed run

Refunded in credits, never to the card. A run that fails is not charged, as What you are charged when sets out, and what it held comes back to your balance.

Disputes

A chargeback for credit you used breaks the terms, and askr contests it with the account's usage record. While a dispute is open the account cannot send credits or pay by card again (W913). If the dispute is lost, up to the credits that payment bought are taken back from the card credits on the balance, and whatever that leaves uncovered is owed: until it is paid, the account cannot run models or send credits (W302). A crypto top-up pays what is owed first; a card payment waits until nothing is owed.

Refunds

If Link, Stripe or askr refunds a card payment, in full or in part, up to the credits the refunded amount bought are taken back from the card credits on the balance, and whatever that leaves uncovered is owed, with the same pause as a lost dispute (W302).

Fraud

askr may refuse, freeze or reverse a card purchase it suspects is fraud.
